We begin with a phone call where you share your vision, goals, and any inspirations you may have for your outdoor space. We also ask you to send us pictures from different angles of your yard. This helps us understand your existing landscape and how we can integrate a water feature that feels natural and cohesive.

2. Budget & Project Scope Discussion

3. On-Site Consultation ($150 Fee, 1-2 Hours)
During the consultation, we take the time to meet you, walk through your yard, and discuss potential design options. While we don’t typically create digital designs or drawings, we have an extensive portfolio of videos and images showcasing our work to help you visualize possibilities. If a rough sketch is needed to outline the scope, we can provide that for a fee—but we encourage trusting in our artistic expertise and investing that money directly into your feature instead!
4. Custom Quote & Next Steps
Following the consultation, we will provide an official bid for your review. In many cases, we can generate an itemized quote on-site. Once you’re ready to move forward, we secure a deposit and schedule your installation. While we prioritize one project at a time to ensure our full attention, our team is now able to take on smaller feature installations independently—delivering beautiful results without requiring direct oversight from our lead designers, Nick or Justin.
